The C.A.R. Mediation Center maintains a statewide panel of qualified, neutral professionals who help resolve real estate disputes through confidential, efficient mediation services.

The mission of our program is to provide an affordable, supportive and confidential process that assists parties in reaching a mutually agreeable settlement to avoid the time, expense and uncertainty of litigation.  Mediators on the Center panel are experienced in mediation and the issues that commonly arise in real estate disputes.  They receive ongoing training and support to ensure that they are prepared to efficiently and knowledgeably guide the parties through the mediation process.
